Tournaments
Bocce isn’t just a game—it’s a powerful way to build community through friendly competition. Cassidy Athletics recently brought this vision to life by curating a unique event inspired by the Ryder Cup, bringing together two neighboring beach bocce clubs for an unforgettable evening.
With 16 players from each team, we organized a four-game showdown to crown the true champions of the sand. Each game featured four-player teams split into two groups, stationed on opposite ends of the court. The objective? First to 10 points. The overall winner would be determined by the best of four games. In the case of a tie, the teams would face off in a one-frame tiebreaker—closest to the pallino wins.
The result? A night full of excitement, camaraderie, and memories that will last a lifetime. This event wasn’t just about winning—it was about bringing people together and celebrating the spirit of the game.
